Kundalini Yoga: the yoga of awareness
Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, works to awaken the spiritual energy that lies dormant at the base of our spines. Through the practice of kriyas (sets of yoga postures), energetic breathwork, chanting and meditation; the kundalini energy rises up the spine through each chakra (energy center). The result is graceful transformation: experienced through newfound balance, energy, peace & clarity.
