Ineke Rush began her training in Pilates at the age of 12 in New York City with Carola Trier, a colleague and student of Joseph Pilates, whom she trained with extensively for 2 years.
After a 10 year career as a professional ballet and modern dancer, Ineke pursued her Pilates certification with STOTT PILATES® . She is fully certified to work with all levels as well as those with post rehab injuries and other special conditions (pregnancy, diabetes, fibromyalgia, etc....). She has been an Instructor Trainer since 2004, teaching the STOTTPILATES certification courses and workshops.
Ineke began teaching Pilates in Cleveland, OH in 1999 and has been teaching in the Bay Area since 2000 at various health clubs and studios. She has traveled twice to Bermuda as a guest instructor at The Bermuda Health Co-Op. Always a student, Ineke continues to study various different disciplines of bodywork, exercise, and approaches to Pilates.
Ineke is certified by the American Council on Exercise as a Personal Trainer and is licensed by the State Medical Board of Ohio in massage therapy.
She is also on the faculty of Ohlone College as both a ballet and Pilates instructor.

Gail Lewis received her full certification as a STOTT PILATES® Instructor in 2004 and became a STOTT PILATES Instructor Trainer in 2008. In 2005, she became a Gold Certified Pilates Instructor with the Pilates Method Alliance. She is also a yoga instructor and was certified as a personal trainer by the American Council on Exercise in 1995. Gail complemented her pilates training with complete yoga teacher training courses with David Swenson, Kofi Busia and Doug Swenson. She enjoys learning the many approaches to Pilates and sharing this insight with her clients. Gail is a graduate of Santa Clara University with a B.S. degree in Finance .Gail is continually striving to further her education and share the same with her clients.She enjoys teaching Pilates and is recharged by her clients reports of specific changes in their favorite activities as a result of their Pilates training- whether it be improved riding (from horses to Harleys) or seniors taking charge of their bodies and improving the quality of each day.

Annie Durning was introduced to Pilates during physical therapy for repetitive use injuries. The experience changed her concept of fitness and provided her with a sense of calm and physical well being that she hadn't experienced from years of running, weight training, and aerobics classes. Annie is a certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor Trainer and she enjoys making Pilates accessible to all ages and fitness levels. Aside from the strength and flexibility her clients achieve, she enjoys watching their body awareness and self-confidence emerge as they take those gifts with them into their daily lives.
Annie holds a B.S. in Biology, an M.S. in Nutrition and she is a Registered Dietician with the American Dietetics Association.

Jenny Jones is a fully trained STOTT PILATES® instructor. She is also certified by the American Council on Exercise as a group fitness instructor and is certified by Schwinn Bicycle Company as an indoor cycling instructor. Jenny attributes her ability to lead her active life to her practice of Pilates. When not teaching Jenny enjoys reading, skiing, hiking, cycling and being with her three boys ages 13, 9 and 43.
Jenny believes that Pilates helps you do whatever you want to do better, and for longer. She enjoys watching clients develop a new awareness of their bodies and especially that "aha" moment when they use that awareness outside the studio.
Jenny's philosophy is "Pilates is cross training for the rest of your life."

Roberta Passman began her fitness career 25 years ago. She can't believe it! She is a nationally certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer with AFAA. She is also certified with AEA (aquatic exercise) and Health and Wellness Institute personal training. She is a long standing IDEA member. She has been an instructor mentor, and trained sprint distance triathletes.
Roberta began her pilates work 6 years ago. She certified in mat and reformer level 1and 2 with Powerhouse Pilates Institute. She has been through the entire STOTT PILATES® Education program. Roberta's extensive dance background includes testing through the Royal Academy of Dance, England and performing with Dancer's Repertory Theater Berkeley. This intensive experience gives her a keen eye for movement and body aligment. She works with a philosphy of "form first". Roberta enjoys working in the area of post rehab and recovery, but also enjoys the athletes and moms. Roberta believes that the Pilates method sets the foundation for your body in all movement. She thrives on the success of her clients and firmly believes that their success is her success.
John Moody has completed the entire STOTT PILATES® certification training program.
A retired professional ballet dancer, John began his Pilates training in Hartford, Connecticut with Ching Chung at Heights of Wellness.
He pursued his teacher training at the STOTT PILATES® Licensed Training Center in South Windsor, Connecticut at Evolution Pilates under the direction of Cate Vallone. Upon relocating to California in 2007 he completed his teacher training with Ineke Rush.
John brings his dancer’s eye and sense of movement to his Pilates teaching and enjoys helping his clients move with greater ease and grace.
